Political Team

Brent Pasquinelli, Chief of Political Operations

Born in Elk County and a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, Brent Pasquinelli is no stranger to the needs of residents of the 5th Congressional district. As an entrepreneur in the travel business for over 30 years, Pasquinelli recognizes the difficulties that small business owners face everyday.

His extensive community service provides an outlet to both help and hear folks from other walks of life. Pasquinelli serves organizations such as the United Way, Special Olympics Summer Games, Second Mile and the Shaner Sports complex, to name a few.

Pasquinelli's political involvement began as a township supervisor in Fox Township. He served as a delegate to the National Convention in 1976 and was the Chairman of Glenn Thompson's campaign to be elected to the House of Representatives in 2008.

All of Pasquinelli's past experiences have led him to see the importance of good, solid leadership in our political system and Brent is proud to serve as Congressman Glenn "GT" Thompson's Chief of Political Operations.

Marcie Lynch, Event Director

Honored to serve as Congressman Glenn "GT" Thompson's Event Director, Marcie Lynch has been planning events for more than 20 years and currently operates SuccessIncorporated, an event and marketing company.

Lynch, a lifelong republican and resident of Centre County, worked with "GT" while serving as the Director of Training and Education at the Pennsylvania Recreation and Park Society. "I worked a lot with GT because he was a speaker on many topics geared toward the Therapeutic Recreation members."

Lynch has been a Sunday School teacher at Grace United Methodist Church for 7 years, has served on many church committees, and is very involved as a volunteer with organized sports in the Penns Valley Area.

Congressman Thompson represents the values Lynch appreciates most - smaller government, fiscally responsible government, and honest leadership.

Krista Middleton, Leadership Circle Liaison

Krista is thrilled to be a part of the Friends of Glenn Thompson team due to the amount of respect she has for the Congressman.

A native of Centre County, she has been involved in Republican Politics since 2005. She learned about county wide elections through the local District Attorney race as she walked in parades, worked at fairs, planned fundraisers and coordinated volunteers.

In 2006, she volunteered as the Centre County Coordinator for Lynn Swann for Governor, and thereafter worked on PA House, PA Senate, District Magistrate, US Congress and US Presidential campaigns.

She served three years as the secretary of the local Republican Party, and is a 2007 graduate of the Anne B. Anstine Excellence in Public Service Series training class for Republican Women. She is currently one of three Centre County Republican State Committee members and serves on the Advisory Committee of the Centre County Republican Party.
